Productivity refers to an indicator of how little input has resulted in high-quality output.

The results can determine productivity, and there is a secret to achieving this. What action must be premised for us to achieve a particular result, and to do that action, we must first set meaning to achieve our goal. Just because you work hard diligently doesn’t mean insane productivity comes out.

There is a saying that you should set one’s will to do if you want to do something.

The first thing you have to do will concreate your thoughts in your mind. The word “A journey of a thousand miles starts with the first step.” means that I will take a step forward when I make up my mind to go on a thousand-mile journey first, and when I do it steadily, I can arrive at the target.

1. Set your Goal

A lot of thoughts come and go in a day. I want to do this; I want to do that; I have to do this; I have to do that. If countless thoughts chase me and I don’t take out what’s in my head, it will become only cluttered thoughts to pass. It contains small daily tasks to be done today to some goals that take months or more than a year, such as acquiring a certificate. For example, suppose you want to study for a certification. In that case, you should first analyze past tests to understand the overall outline and establish the total amount to study and the roadmap. You have to find the CSF of each stage and reflect it in a plan.

2. Take into action

Once you have set your goals, the next step is implementing them. We can only achieve results if we act. When you work, difficulties you have yet to think about in the planning stage may arise. You’ll only succeed if you can overcome the hindrances without giving up.

The best way is to continue, no matter what difficulties you face. The process of internalization through continuity and repetition through deliberate practice is essential. No matter how good a plan is, if you find a reason why it doesn’t work and don’t implement it, you have no choice but to stop there, and there will be no consequences.

3. Reflect on what I did

When the day ends, I evaluate what I have done objectively. I assess the quantity and quality of what I did compared to the plan or not and reflect them in tomorrow’s work. In my case, I think about what happened today and look back on why I didn’t get the job done well while meditating. I can find the reason for failure. It can be because of my old habits, such as laziness and procrastination; it can be a habit of wasting time on unnecessary things. Through meditation, I let go of them. Then, I write it down in my diary. Write down what you have looked back on in my journal and what needs to be corrected, and reflect it in tomorrow’s plan. I go to bed with the important thing I have to do tomorrow. It will be a tip for anyone, whether you are a worker or a housewife if you want.
