Korea has four seasons. I have been living in East Africa for the past 10 years as a Korean. The climate in this place doesn’t change much throughout the year. Only spring and summer come and go.
Those who haven’t experienced winter don’t really know summer either, even though they live in it.

(Inner Thoughts)
Mia: I’ve greeted everyone and the food isn’t good. How long should I stay here? I’m too tired to drink today… There’s no one I’m particularly excited to see, and I don’t have things to talk about, so I’ll just take some pictures. Why do I feel so melancholic and alone? This isn’t right. (Quickly get up and start taking photos.)
Jin: I’ve been called several times to come, but it doesn’t seem like my style. It’s hot here, and the music is too loud. The clothes are so uncomfortable that I want to go home quickly. Why do I feel this way? It’s weird. I should dance and refresh myself.
(Reality)
Mia: People are so nice, right? They are all kind and friendly. It’s such a beautiful place here and the food is delicious. How is this dress? specially prepared to come here. It’s so nice to be here.
Jin: Yeah, they’re great and it’s exactly what I saw in the picture. You worked so hard preparing for it. The music is so exciting. Let’s all play a game together.
While operating machines or cars, it is necessary to perform maintenance and refuel them in the middle. You can use your cell phone longer if you turn it off rather than always leaving it on.
Moving and resting, light and darkness, changing moods, time with people and alone…It is natural for everything in the world to exist.
But people have things they allow and things they don’t.
If you live in a biased environment, you should check what you are missing.
If you always live in a warm region, you need to make your own winter. Reading alone or meditating will help you cleanse your inner self and replenish your energy.
You need to fill up to move forward. Our minds and bodies need to be balanced and healthy.
What is excessive or insufficient in your environment?
