The human mind is the cause of bipolar.
Scientists are thinking we inherit the mind of our ancestors.
For example, when a cancer patient goes to the hospital the doctor asks:
“Have any of your family members had cancer?”
The doctor asks this because they know it runs in the family.
There is evidence suggesting that indigenous people can inherit the ancestral trauma experienced by their ancestors.
In the same way, bipolar runs in the family.
Emotions and behaviors are passed down in the genes (DNA).
The fear, darkness, and anger an ancestor experienced are passed down to the next generation.
We have received generations of accumulated emotions and they are ingrained in our body.
These emotions are the powerhouse that controls our behavior.
But what about our environment? Doesn’t that cause bipolar?
Yes, it also contributes to the bipolar.
However, it is important to understand how the human mind works.
How does the mind work?
Humans are like a camera.
From the moment we are born, we start recording the world into our mind.
Using our eyes, ears, nose, mouth, and body we take pictures of the world.
We store these pictures in our brain.
From inside these pictures, countless thoughts come out.
This becomes stress and pain.
I have added so much to my mind while I have been alive.
I know for myself my own desires and greed have caused my bipolar behavior.
This is why delusional thoughts start happening, such as hallucinations and hearing voices.
Other things like alcohol, drugs, and lack of sleep can trigger an episode.
These things are not the root cause of bipolar, but they can influence it.
They are kind of like “the match that lights the fire”.
The fire is already inside “waiting”.

Ah! So, Is There a Solution?
Yes!
When I empty my mind, only the pure mind remains.
Over time, my highs and lows reduced, and my health improved so much.
Meditation has been the best thing for my health.
I recommend meditation as the way to live a better life 🌱
