How do I win an argument with someone who will never admit that he’s wrong?

The habit of making excuses and blaming others was a result of suppressed feelings that I wanted to avoid. My mind stored images of them, so I considered them real. I was in a state where I couldn’t imagine what it would be like for someone who did not admit their fault.

There is a line like this in a Korean drama called “My Liberation Diary.”

“He shouldn’t pay me back. Because I want to prove what a terrible person he is for as long as possible.”

“I want to prove it to the world that he didn’t leave me because I was small and insignificant, but because he was a terrible person.”

“That’s why I’m always exhausted. Since I decided to be someone who exists only to prove… how terrible someone is.”

I agree with her. I also turned my eyes to others to hide my wounds and believed it was their fault. That’s how I could protect myself.

But the more I tried to protect myself, the more I was unhappy.

It was only after practicing meditation that I realized that all the questions and answers were within me.

The habit of making excuses and blaming others was a result of suppressed feelings that I wanted to avoid. My mind stored images of them, so I considered them real.

I was in a state where I couldn’t imagine what it would be like for someone who did not admit their fault.

I threw them away one by one.

It was as if I was throwing out the long-lost items piled up in the warehouse.

In practice, the more I revealed my true feelings, and the more I changed my view of people and situations. If I don’t clear my mind, I’ll live forever thinking that I’m the only one who’s right and the fault belongs to others.

That attitude of life makes us unhappy. It may be that we have a feeling of pain or stress that we are unaware of. Meditation that can be found and thrown away will lighten your mind. And it will help you find all the answers within you.
