Self-discipline is training to fill in one’s deficiencies and enforce one’s strengths to improve oneself. There are many ways of self-discipline in the world. We want to improve our life through it. The meaning of improving life means that today will be better than yesterday, and tomorrow will be better than today. When you realize that you have enhanced like that, you feel satisfied that you have become a better person and can grow to the next level. Also, a self-disciplined person is ready to achieve their goal. In other words, self-discipline is the key to success. So how can we self-discipline?

We live communicating with the world and people. You can achieve a good relationship and live a successful life if you know excellent communication. No matter how great an idea is in my head, it will only be significant if I can take it out and express it well. We listen, speak, write, and read when we communicate with the world. The education I received as a Korean was mainly cramming. I am familiar with input-oriented education, such as listening and reading. On the other hand, I needed help with output, such as talking, discussing, and organizing ideas. It’s essential to develop the ability to take out what’s in my head, organize it into useful information, and present it logically.

Meditation – Simulation – Put it into practice

It takes a lot of concentration and energy to output what’s inside of me. We can use various tools to systematize and get into a habit in our daily life. One of the most effective methods was meditation for me. I improved my quality of life through meditation. When I need output, such as writing something or giving a presentation, I meditate first. I get rid of the scraps of daily life and recover the original state of mind. In that state of mind, I simulate what I have to do with pure consciousness.

It is an easy tip that can be applied now in your life. You can let go of all the distracting thoughts and maintain a clean and stable mind. If you succeed in organizing what you have to do with that consciousness, your life will change, and you can have a better today.
