How do I improve myself?

Our mind is also the same as our body. Symptoms of the mind like lethargy, depression, obsession, anger, etc, are signals from our mind. These symptoms mean our minds need healing. The best effective way to improve ourselves is to understand the cause of our mind and heal it.

If your body is sick, your body sends a signal. For example, if your liver becomes unhealthy, your body will let you know through symptoms. ex) fatigue doesn’t disappear well, eyes are getting tired and eyesight is getting poor, etc. Through such a signal, we detect and heal the body.

Just like this, in order to improve myself, first, need to be aware of myself/my mind.

Our mind is also the same as our body. Symptoms of the mind like lethargy, depression, obsession, anger, etc, are signals from our mind. These symptoms mean our minds need healing. The best effective way to improve ourselves is to understand the cause of our mind and heal it.

Stress and lack of inspiration come from the mind.

But just because you have a cold, it doesn’t mean you are flu itself. just like that, those minds aren’t yourself. Just as we can get over our cold, we can cure my mind.

When you cleanse the false mind that you accumulated, you can recover your original mind which is unconditional happiness. when you recover your true mind within, you can truly improve yourself.

I used to have mental obsessions like “I must do/ not do that”. This osessive mind always restricted my behavior subconsciously. It caused fear and anxiety that hadn’t yet occurred. So I was always tense. my shoulder was stiff.

Through reflecting on my rooted mind, I was able to understand why I was obsessed and tense.

While reflecting on my life, there were memories about my dad. my dad was quite strict. As a child, occasionally he would scold me about my study habits and etiquette. I absorbed tension and fear like a sponge at that moment. I know he did for me. But the thing was I still have carried those emotions in my mind, even though I’m an adult.

I decided to discard those mind that I had. I discarded moments in which I was scolded or suppressed feelings. As I discarded, I felt relieved of all the pressure or guilt I had for so long. By doing so dissatisfaction and fear are revealed and begin to fade away. All the boiling thoughts gradually disappeared as the minds that I had pressed down for a long time disappeared. Additionally, my concentration improved.

If you want to improve yourself, discard the causes of mind that make me not improve. And being free from those minds is the fastest way to improve yourself. It is really amazing. if you want to know how to improve yourself, plz refer to below.
