It’s no secret that meditation helps improve focus, and my practice is one of the most relevant in this day and age of so much information to see, hear, and think about.
It makes you incredibly grateful every time you notice how much of your habits such as procrastination, laziness, or addiction have gone away. Living a life controlled by those habits was utterly miserable.
If you want to break the pattern of repetitive behavior that scares talking with people, you can cleanse the root of the mind that makes you fear.
The way to liberate ourselves from this grim fate is to transform our minds by emptying them of the inferiority complex and the cluttered thoughts. Meditation is the means to achieve this.

We store these pictures in our brain. From inside these pictures, countless thoughts come out. This becomes stress and pain. I have added so much to my mind while I have been alive.
