1. Meditation
Every day, I meditate for an hour. Meditate with several people with the help of a professional. Meditation on my own is hard for me. However, following the correct meditation method, meditating with friends can help you when you are tired and want to give up. Being lazy and doing only what I wanted to do, it was a challenge in itself to meditate every day.
Recently, people around me were surprised that I had changed into a mature person who was considerate of others. It is thanks to the fact that I have been able to know myself objectively through meditation. Meditation develops my inner self.
2. Exercise
Walk 10,000 steps a day. I walk along the river near my house. It is nice to be able to see the sky at this time. When I look at the sky, my mind expands. Before exercising, I was a mother who nagged at my two sons at home, but now I am a mother who is both physically and mentally healthy.
3. Research
Study your interests for your future, whether you have a job or not. I mainly study English and study the character education of adolescents. If I memorize at least one English word and write a sentence every day, I become proud of myself. To make meditation easy for students, watch YouTube videos and listen to lectures from great celebrities. And I use the knowledge and experiences I have acquired and realized to help others.
I recommend doing even the smallest things. You will see your self-esteem getting stronger every day.
